This hotel suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me with late check-in during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. Can't wait to return for Easter!

The room was super clean and comfy. Breakfast was a tasty treat that started my day off right. I loved unwinding by the heated pool and lounging on the sun terrace. Just a heads up, they mixed up my bill a bit, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

The quick bites at nearby Cheesecake Factory hit the spot after long days, and don’t even get me started on the savory meal at J Alexander's—total game changers! Also, the dining staff? Super attentive and made my mornings brighter! A perfect start after enjoying the lovely facilities.

Our group had an amazing time exploring the nearby parks, especially Laurel Hills Park and Mordecai Historic Park. The hotel was in a fantastic location, and our experience with the staff was top-notch. We especially loved Heather's service at breakfast, which made our mornings enjoyable!
However, I did have some trouble when I left a message with guest services for a charger I thought I left behind. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

Proximity to shopping was unbeatable, and the complimentary breakfast experience was a highlight, with particularly friendly staff making it memorable. However, breakfast options could improve, as they felt somewhat standard. Additionally, noise levels in common areas may need addressing for quieter moments.

I loved the cozy king suite on the VIP floor! The lounge with appetizers and cold beverages was a delightful touch. Only downside was the lack of privacy due to the barn door design in the bathroom. 😊

missingWrote a review on Mar 22great locationspacious roomhelpful staffpoor soundproofinglimited breakfast options
Had a decent stay here, though there were a couple of hiccups. The location was great, making it easy to get to nearby attractions. The room was a King Room which was spacious enough, but there was an issue with soundproofing since I could hear a lot from the hallway. What's more, the breakfast options were limited and a bit overpriced. Overall, it was a good stop for a couple of nights.
